Adey Makonnen, the founder of Your Solutions World, comes from an international civil service background with long and varied experience as an HR and administration specialist in the United Nations. She has lived and worked in many different countries around the world and speaks several languages besides English, including French, Italian and German.
During the course of her career, she has been able to help dozens of co-workers and team members grow and manage their careers through counseling, mentoring and training. As a manager and administrator, she has first-hand knowledge and experience in management processes and HR best practices. She now helps a growing clientele of professionals from all over the world in their career efforts and undertakes human resources management consultancies with international organizations.
Adey is a Certified Professional Coach and member of the International Coaching Federation; has studied Career Development Facilitation at University of Wisconsin and been accredited as Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF). She studied Liberal Arts at American University in Paris, France; read Sociology at London School of Economics, UK and earned a Certificate in International Human Resources Practices from Cornell University.
She is passionate about partnering with individuals and teams to help them fulfill their highest potential and achieve their personal and professional objectives.
